Synagogues in Hungary
Kecskemet, Great Synagogue - dedicated in
1871; built according to the plans of Janos Zitterbarth; one
of the best examples of Romantic architecture in Hungary;
the synagogue's interior was rebuilt in the 1950's and the
building now functions as the House of Science
